INDIANA SPIRIT QUEST #213
”Cheap Gas"
Welcome to the Bell Cemetery, Perry Township, Marion Co, south side of Indianapolis off of SR 37. This is a high-traffic area that is well know for having the cheapest gasoling in Indy. It is also a very unexpected setting to find a poineer cemetery. This site contains graves dating from the 1870s to 1920s. As the picture shows there are many stones that have fallen over and are in desperate need of repair.
Two graves that are still standing tall are that of Mary and David Clark. Both passed away in the 1880s. Unfortunately there is little information available on any of these early pioneers.
The cache container is is a 35mm film canister. Please leave it at least as well concealed, if not better, than you found it. If you find fallen or worn US flags at the graves of veterans, please take a moment to upright or replace them. Dispose of worn US flags in a respectable manner. If you find the coordinates to be a little off, do not hesitate to post a waypoint with your log. As always, be respectful, and cache in, trash out.
