The cache was placed as the hint says. From the large water tank a tap is poking out. The tap almost points towards the cache. Go to the edge of the slope down where the tap is pointing. The cache is nearby to the left.
In days gone by, not that long ago, abandoned cars were a common sight along the sides of the road along the Stuart Hwy. This was especially the case before the Hwy was sealed.
