Old tunnel on one of the alternative routes to Ladysmith from Van Reenen.
enjoy a scenic drive from the Freestate into Kwazulu-Natal from Van Reenen to Ladysmith. Although this is a good road to drive it can be a bit dangerous if it is raining or after a lot of rain.... If you are planning a trip to the coast from the interior, this is a nice alternative but this will take you towards Ladysmith and will be a slightly longer but quiet drive. When I placed the cache I was passed by two cars on the road... This in the crazy season...so it has it's advantages for sure.
The co-ords were very jumpy under the tree cover so use the hint to get an idea where to search for the cache. It is in the wall on the side of the road behind some stones. Just watch out for the stinging nettles.
