Team_Schnauzer: I went by here today, knowing that this area has changed dramatically with the alterations to the intersection of US65/IA 117 and IA 330. To no surprise, the original park & ride location where the cache was hidden is gone for good and the cache with it. This one has to be archived, but there might be room at a nearby new park & ride to hide a cache.
