Novel Cache: The Man Who Hated Football Traditional Cache

Mario McTavish: I came out today to check on these novel caches. Unfortunately most are well past their best.

In some cases the 'novel' aspect of the cache was missing completely meaning that there was no theme to the container. Odd that the theme would disappear but the container remain...

In light of the missing themes and general 'tiredness' of the caches I've decided to archive them.

Thanks to all the finders over the years.

This is a disguised cache. Please remember to bring your own pen.

Will Buckley's debut novel, The Man Who Hated Football was well received. In its review, The Independent said, "Buckley's bitingly funny portrait of East Anglian society make up for the laddish commentary." The Times commented briefly that the novel was "prescient", "showing great understanding of the world of professional football", while it was characterized in The Telegraph as "hugely entertaining and acute".

This is one of the series of Novel Caches which have a disguise in some way linked to the name of the cache. They are mostly micros in the series but a few are larger and have room for small swaps.We hope you have as much fun finding them as we did when we set them.
