Have you ever wanted to participate in a triathlon. This cache
was
placed for the 15K geo-triathlon that took place on the
Augusta
Canal.
The picture below shows those that participated. We had two
contestants that were 70+ years old and one of them came in 5th
out
of 19 teams. And both of these contestants did the triathlon
as
single participants. What an awesome accomplishment.
Come help celebrate their accomplishments by coming and signing
the
new log in the container. Think about running 1.9 miles, biking
3.6
miles and then paddling 3.9 miles and then having to handle
this
type of terrain to find the cache. Each of these individuals
did
exactly that and finished with smiles on their faces.
