A small series set within land adjacent to Redditch, part of which is known as the Webheath ADR (area of development restraint). Redditch has several areas designated as ADRs and there are currently plans to build several hundred houses on this one, which, as you can imagine, is strongly contested by local residents.
Parking is suggested either on Blackstitch Lane or Crumpfields Lane. Please do not park in or drive down Pumphouse Lane as the lane narrows, there are no passing places to speak of and you will need to drive through a ford. The hedges along the final part of the road leading to the ford are not cut back too often and are likely to damage vehicles.
