Oh dear, what is Elfric the Elf to do? He has lost one of his boots, and without it he won't be able to help Father Christmas with his deliveries on Christmas Eve. Maybe his friends know where his boot is? Touching his gold rings for luck he goes to see Patty Partridge, but she doesn't know. He could try the Easter Bunny, but there's no sign of him this time of year. The milkmaids don't know, nor do either of the turtle doves. Checking he still has his gold rings in his pocket, he goes to see the dancing ladies. They tell him to ask the calling birds who are perched in the pear tree, but they don't know either and send him back to the dancing ladies. Can you find Elfric's boot for him?
