January Cachers Meeting
Due to the huge success of the December Cachers Meeting a sequel has been planned. The event will be in the same location, Sidewalk Cafe, near the Democracy Monument and Khao San Road. The date of the event is MONDAY, JANUARY 16th, 2012. The meeting will start at 7pm.
There is a secondary event for the same day in the afternoon. I am hosting a caching bicycle tour of Bangkok (bike rental is free).
Join us on an afternoon caching tour of Bangkok, with a local guide, tuptim! We will start at 3pm and finish at about 5:30.
After the bike tour we will join the cachers meeting at 7pm for dinner and drinks.
The bike rental is free. Just bring ID. Coordinates for the bike tour will be added to the notes. Please msg me if you will join.
For those that are unsure about riding a bicycle in Bangkok, I assure you that it's not as hectic and stressful as you'd expect. We will be on the sidewalks for most of the tour and may occasionally use the road. We expect to find between 35-40 caches on the tour.
