This month's Monthly Mid-Week Meet in Berkshire will be on Wednesday, 4th January 2012 at:
The Crown,
The Street,
Swallowfield,
Reading,
Berks,
RG7 1QY
The Pub is situated just off the B3349 and easy to find. on Wednesday they will be serving food until 21.00 hrs.
The pub is both geodog and child friendly and will be allowed to stay as long as are under parents/owner or responsible adult care and control
We will be there from around 19.00 hrs, but feel free to turn up throughout the evening. There's plenty of parking at the pub.
If you have never been to an event before you will be very welcome, and it would be lovely to meet you. We hope to attract old and new cachers from Berkshire and surrounding areas.
It's a great opportunity to match faces to all those names that you are familiar with in the logs, and meet up with fellow cachers and share caching stories (or even pick up a few hints for those puzzles) over a glass or two.
There will be the normal opportunity to swap and discover Travel Bugs and Geocoins... just look for the much chased after pink ammo box. :-)

The Berkshire events have been inspired by the success of the Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire meets and is going to be held on the on the 1st week of every month
The meetings will be organized by local cachers and can be held anywhere in the county of Berkshire.
We are looking for fresh volunteers to host events in different parts of the county.
There a few caches nearby and I may even try and get a few new out before then we will see.
(Please note these events do not affect the Teddies Cunning Cachers who meet in The Swan, Station road, Thatcham Berkshire. Which meet on the second Tuesday of every month?)
