Geocache Description:


This can be seen as a late addition to our Spring song series and a simple park and grab.

However, it was placed at a time when many of the walking tracks in Nelson were closed so you could park here, find this cache then walk to GC39EVT (Sunshine) which was placed at the same time. It is about 1km from this cache and is an easy walk. Of course, there are other caches in the area which are also walking distance from here.

The cache is not in the rock wall – which should leave only one other realistic possibility. It can be a busy area but, as the title suggests, there should be a number of things you can sit and watch while you are here. In fact, sitting is strongly recommended.

The usual warnings about caution if you have juniors with you apply as obviously there is water nearby.

Replaced by a micro with waterproof paper. Bring your own pen.
