Placed where you can almost park next to it. If you approach from one side, you'll look suspicious. If you approach from the other, you'll be by yourself. Either way, watch out for muggles at the nearby business.
We were out looking at spots for caches and I turned down this street. Turns out, it didn't really go through. So, I dropped a cache and went back till they do something else with this place.
