This is a part 2 of the Congelin caches..
The "Secret Cache" has been around for a while but a few people
have asked for it to be listed as a separate loggable
cache...
But that would be too easy..
To find this cache you first have to visit GCTVP6 Adventure Out-
Congelin and get the co-ordinates of the cache.
The co-ordinates you need are on a laminated sheet inside the
Cache
This is to ensure the longevity of the cache.
