Geocache Description:



My 4 legged buddy was acting a little down. The cold snowy weather was making him lazy and stiff. I decided to take him out for a little hike. We decided to check out this new area near the top of Texter Mountain. "Texter Mountain Nature Preserve".

Up to the top of the mountain we went. The temperature was hovering around 10. There was snow on the ground and we watched someone have trouble getting out of the parking lot. No problem for us.

We hiked the Blue Trail up and down and it seamed to never end. I was amazed at how big this area was. In total we hiked a little over 2 miles. And my 4 legged friend could not have been happier.

Now go find the cache.

Wear orange during hunting season.

Cache is just off Blue trail.
