Geocache Description:

There have been strange occurrences in and around Dublin over the last few months. Recently I was caching in the Dublin Mountains at night and I noticed some peculiar lights hovering over head. They didn’t last for long so I figured they must have been leftover fireworks from Halloween and thought nothing more of it.

That was until I heard about reports of more unusual lights in the sky, pets behaving unusually and more importantly some people have even claimed to have seen “creatures with demon like eyes” whilst walking in the nearby forests.
As someone who has always been somewhat of a sceptic, I initially laughed off suggestions that these “creatures” could be from a different planet, however; I soon started to change my mind after talking to an old school friend who is now a member of the Gardai and is stationed nearby.

The following information is an extract from a highly classified incident report sheet that I persuaded him to copy for me.

Date: Friday 16th December 2011

Time: 21:30

Location: Tallaght, Dublin 24

GPS Co-Ordinates: Sorry but the GPS unit was not working!

Reason For Callout: Local Resident reported suspicious activity.

Witness Statement: “I was returning home from walking my dog when I spotted 3 “people” behaving very strangely opposite my house. As I got closer, I started to realise that these were not like anyone or anything I had seen before. They were easily 7 feet tall and they had bizarrely shaped heads. I was too afraid to get any closer so I kept my distance as best I could. It wasn’t far enough as my dog started going crazy growling and barking at them. At that, they started to move towards me...I couldn't run as I was frozen and trembling with fear. I have never been so petrified in my life but just as they were about to reach me the whole area was lit up by the most blinding of lights. It was like a huge camera flash went off and I was completely blinded by it. When I opened my eyes again, the figures had vanished in to thin air. As soon as I had gathered myself again I decided to venture up to where they were when I first spotted them wondering if I could see what they had been doing. That was where I found the metal plate with the funny text that I showed the 2 officers.

I have also managed to get my hands on a photo of the metal plate that was found at the scene, however; I have been unable to translate any of it.
