Geocache Description:

This should be an easy park and grab during off peak hours when the traffic is not so busy.

The cache itself is a micro with room enough for a log and pencil.

When I was in high school, my friends and I used to park and hangout near this cache because it was so close to the fishponds, 4 Miles Beach, Hilo Yacht Club, Onekahakaha Beach Park and Hilo Tropical Gardens (home of Hilo’s homemade ice cream). This was the central location for us to meet up and decide if we were gonna fish, swim or get a tasty treat.
