The twelve days of Christmas were approaching, so I checked my
geocaching bag to make sure I'd be well supplied for my holiday
caching runs.
Here is what I found, in the order I pulled them from my
bag:
- French Hen
- Colly (or Calling) Birds
- French Hen
- Geese a-Laying
- Maids a-Milking (It's a big bag. I like to be prepared.)
- Nothin'. My hand came out empty, a bit fat zero. Huh.
- Ladies Dancing
- Partridge in a Pear Tree
- Partridge in a Pear Tree
- Swans a-Swimming
- Partridge in a Pear Tree
- Gold Ring
- Swans a-Swimming
- Turtle Dove
- Swans a-Swimming
The cache itself is a simple hide a short walk from a dirt road.
When the cache was placed, the road was well maintained and easily
driveable in a 2 wheel drive passenger car. That can always change,
so assess the road yourself and use your best judgment.
Warning: Even near the city, the desert can be dangerous, so
prepare accordingly.
