Geocache Description:

Looking for a micro that has a log and room for small trading items. BYOP! Place this cache EXACTLY where it was. It has velcro on the bottom of it to keep it from sliding. Its NOT connected to any velcro. Be careful where your hands. Bring a stick to help you if you want.

This is my first of my restoration series in which I replace caches that have been archived and will not be making a return. There usually a favorite or very popular before they were archived. This one has been muggled twice (maybe three someone confirm this) as different caches. However I hid this one to stay! The way these work is I hide them in replace of those that were archived and put their names in the title. I also include their full description as well. Good luck and have fun!

Also there are the remnants of the other two caches at the GZ. There are mental stripes and velcro both near each other. Do not put the cache hear. PUT IT BACK EXACTLY WHERE YOU FOUND IT.

The Heart of PTC

A friend of mine told me that I needed to place a cache in a special spot that would bring folks to a place that they wouldn't expect. This location qualified, and it turns out to be nearly the center of Peachtree City.

Peachtree City is a planned community with lots of greenspace, parks, and set-asides. This area is the largest of the wild places in Peachtree City, where Flat Creek goes back to being a creek after leaving Lake Peachtree.

The terrain and difficulty are correct- this is a very easy cache- a good first cache, or one to bring the kids on. The terrain is also very mild, though if you don't come at it from the right way, you will find it more on the order of a 5. If you find yourself wet, fighting thorns, or in danger of becoming lost, consider trying from another direction. This is a handicap-friendly cache. There's also plenty of parking, but it's some distance away- be prepared for a bit of a walk, but it is an enjoyable walk, one you'll find you're sharing with many other PTC folks.

Have fun with this one- the cache is a magnetic, though a large one. Please be discreet if someone else is enjoying the spot at the same time, and please replace it carefully so it's hidden from the casual observer. There's not a lot of room in this one, but it'll hold small trade items or reasonably sized travelbugs.

Grats to gsleader530 for the FTF, and Dancer Girl KS for a close second. They braved the snow for this one!

Where the #s End

Small lock-n-lock container.

Plenty of parking at the Peachtree City Amphitheater. Take a short walk on the Flat Creek Nature Trail and enjoy the scenery along the Boardwalk. Thanks to the Southern Conservation Trust for providing this area and giving permission for the cache.

Congrats to Jazzmasters for FTF!
