Located at a natural waterfall overlooking the village of Llandogo and the River Wye.
Cleddon Shoots and falls drain the marshland of Cleddon Bog which is also a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Just up the road, Cleddon Hall was the birthplace of the philosopher Bertrand Russell. There are many great walks around here, but if you just fancy a closer look at the waterfall, a safe path (recently renovated) runs down the side of a large cascade of water (about 5.5m high). As you would expect, the falls are more impressive in winter due to more water. The cache is a small white tub containing logbook, pencil and a few small trinkets. Please replace the cache as you found it - carefully - to make sure it remains well hidden **7/6/22 ChepstowRomans have adopted this cache from The Catbrook Cacher. I promise to take care of your wonderful caches **
