Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden in a small park across the street from the Tsuda Library and Community Center. This park usually lively with playing children during daylight hours. If you come after dark you will need a flashlight. The Niji Bus runs from Kodaira Station to the Library. It only cost 100 yen to ride.
