There happens to be a bog just only 15 minutes driving from Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It's located on the territory of Muraste village in Harku parish Harju county. Approximately 125+ meters in west and north-west of the cache there is a 60 ha bog peat field of local importance, which impact can still been seen and felt. This tiny bog is surrounded with Harku ria from NW to SE. And there are areas with some water also elsewhere around the bog.
While riding around the bog with bicycle on Christmas I saw two roe deers running in the forest on both days. If You approach from the same direction I did, You'll hopefully see them as well. From which direction to approach and how easy it will be - I'll let You decide and enjoy :-) Just don't park Your car in someone's yard or gate. You will have to walk a bit over half a kilometer from every direction anyway. Rubber boots and/or snow shoes are strongly recommended. The cache can be found on any season, even with very heavy snow (see terrain level).

[EST] Rabad ei asu mitte ainult Mulgimaal või kaugel eraldatud laante taga, neid leidub ka pealinnast kõigest 15-minutise autosõidu kaugusel. Maa-ameti andmetel asub Muraste raba Keila metskonna maatükil Muraste külas Harku vallas. See siin on mäetööstusmaa, kus asub kohaliku tähtsusega 60 ha suurune turbamaardla. Endine turbavõtukoht jääb aardest läände ja loodesse, inimtegevuse jäljed on rabas seni näha ja tunda. Armsalt ümmargust väikest raba piirab loodest kaguni Harku oja, vett leidub raba ümber mujalgi.
Muraste raba lähistel on ka mitmeid kultuurimälestisi. Kuulsaimad neist on Muraste mõisa peahoone ja park. Vähemteada on aardest 660 m suunal NNE asuv kivikalme, 810-870 m suunal NE asuvad „Mardi suured kalmed“, 800 m suunal ENE paiknev kivikalme ja 670-730 m suunal ESE seisavad kaks kultusekivi.
Jõulupühadel rattaga ümber raba sõites kohtasin mõlemal päeval samas kandis metskitsepaari. Kui läheneda samalt poolt, kohtate neid vast isegi. Lähenemissuuna sobivuse ja lihtsuse jätan igaühe enda avastada. Ärge ainult hoovidesse trügige. Pisut üle poole kilomeetri saate omal jalal sammuda igal juhul.
