I grew up right around the corner from this park, and my parents still live near here. Of course, the city waited until I had grown up to install this cool playground equipment. We only had swings and see-saws for entertainment when I lived here.
If there are kids playing, keep on driving. It's almost impossible to grab this one when people are in the park. If you find the park deserted, you still have to be careful of drive-by muggles. There can be a lot of traffic on this street. You could easily give away the cache location if you grab it in front of a passing car.
