Geocache Description:

They are called "New York's Bravest" for a reason. This cache honors the history of the FDNY and its many heroes, both those who gave their lives, and those who survived to continue their service to our city. You will be visiting many firehouses on Manhattan's West Side, and if you bump into any firefighters be sure to say hello. The final waypoint (waypoint 8) is of special significance, take a few moments there to reflect.

If you have trouble with any of the questions, email me and I'll be happy to help. Not every variable is required to get the coordinates.

While the whole cache can be done on foot, it is a several mile hike so I have made the terrain a two.

The FTF, STF and TTF should contact the CO, and I will mail each of you a very special memento of your achievement!
