You're looking for a bison tube. Cache is easily accessible from the walkway, no bushwhacking required. This is a relatively low-traffic section of Clark Street with a rather unexpected stretch of walkway alongside. You may be able to park right along the street because of the lack of traffic, but there are also a few parking lots for office complexes nearby.
The cache is actually plainly visible if you're looking in the right place. Kleetus (who was with me) initially thought this might be classified as an "evil hide". But given the fact that you can actually see it, he suggested a 2.5 difficulty level.
PLEASE REPLACE EXACTLY WHERE & HOW YOU FOUND IT SO THAT THE VISIBILITY FACTOR REMAINS TRUE!!
