From this spot you can get an underrated view to the East of the Willamette River and the Ross Island Natural Area. To the Northeast you can see the South Waterfront area. On a clear day you can get a nice view of Mount Hood from here too. Up the hill to the West is an office that helps families, particularly children.
Cache should be wheelchair accessible but watch out for the downhill slope and oncoming traffic. Please use stealth in this area and night caching is possible. Please hide the cache as well or better than how you found it. FTF may need to deal with some “unnatural” camo.
