Who was building this dream house? What happened to turn it into a nightmare? Anyone know??
This house is visible from the 395, about midway up the hill. A 2WD with good clearance will get you to the bottom of the hill, but a 4WD would be recommended to drive up to the house.
The cache is not in or on the structure. Though it is interesting inside, enter at your own risk. There are a lot of hazards lurking about, so be aware of your surroundings.
The cache is a short hike up the hill to the south of the structure. Be sure to rehide the cache as good, or better than you found it, and watch out for the critters that call this area home.
