=LA CHAPELLE DE SAINTE-FOI========== Eloignons-nous un peu du centre bourg, et levez les yeux coté nord-ouest. Perchée tout en haut de la colline de Sainte Foi, il y a cette petite chapelle du même nom réédifiée fin des années 1960. De cette petite chapelle subsiste une surprenante légende que nous raconte l'abbé Boudant dans son livre sur EBREUIL. Elle fut autrefois sous la tutelle de l'abbatiale d'EBREUIL et est restée fort longtemps à l'état de ruines. C'est le chanoine Brugnaud qui après avoir émis le souhait de voir renaître de ses gravats cette petite chapelle, lança une souscription auprès des paroissiens et habitants d'EBREUIL et mena à bien cette réalisation. Demandez votre chemin et allez passer un moment "là haut"... Une table d'orientation vous guidera dans ce panoramique et vous y découvrirez EBREUIL et ses environs. A coté de la chapelle, trône l'archange Saint Michel terrassant le dragon. L'archange veille sur EBREUIL depuis que le chanoine Gagnière, pendant la seconde guerre mondiale, avait promis ce monument si EBREUIL était épargnée par l'envahisseur. Ce qui fut fait en 1948....
