You are looking for a waterproof matchstick container with log and pencil. Terrain is mowed grass (until we get snow). Should be a park and grab for most, and is winter-friendly. There is parking available at the cache location.
Bucher Prairie is a brand new Minnehaha County park that popped up during the summer of 2011. It’s located at the intersection County Highways 121 and 122 west of Garretson. It will be interesting to see what’s in the works for this park, as it currently consists of tall grass with mowed paths, a small pond, a picnic shelter and restrooms. I drove by the area several times before I finally stopped and figured out that it was a park.
