This walk will take you along public rights of way throughout ….. you may find an OS map reassuring. The first footpath is through a field used to graze horses and has electric fencing. Of course this should not happen on a public right of way but I am told that if you use your shoe or boot in order to temporarily reduce the height of the fence you will damage neither foot nor fence.
Your start position is at N 52º 00.625 W 000º 09.515 - this is a footpath sign and helpfully points you in the right direction - honestly !!

in an ivy covered tree (couldn't make it too easy could I )
