Geocache Description:

This cache is part of nation geocaching series called "Cache to Eagle"that showcases special contribution that Eagle Scouts have made to their community

Reaching the rank of Eagle Scout in boy scouts of america require years of dedication, leadership and lots of hard work, the scout needs 21 merit badges, a eagle scout project that has to be approved by the Troop and district. this project will take about average of 167 service hours.
This cache should only take you a few minutes to fine. The cache is only one thing that you should fine, because the main part is the Eagle project the Scout did. The project is a new sign and installed of waste posts "post with bags for dog waste" in a bunch of the local parks, for the Mt Airy Parks and Recrection Department.The Watkin Park is open from dawn to dusk seven days a week, there is ample parking and a great walking trail around the park. If you have small kids there is a play ground and for the older kids there is a skate park too.
The container itself is a small plastic container it is hidden in a typical fashion justn off the trail. The container has Boy Scouts patches and other things in it.
