West Penn Trail.......This bugger has a good view of the flood bottom....Sure hope he doesn't mate....He's not going anywhere,I have him tied up so he doesn't float away during high water.....Watch your step..Parking available at the Westinghouse RD. ,Pa Game Lands parking area.....Obey all trail rules ......Remember Trail open DAWN till DUSK......Active hunting area so make sure you wear some orange............BYOP....Have fun on the trail and enjoy....
