How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

You seek the knowledge of a wise old man. Tread carefully for many a danger may await you.

Long Live the King!

This Wherigo starts in Palisades Park, however you will end up covering a large distance to find the final cache (more than 10 miles from listed coordinates). You should make sure you allow yourself enough time to complete your tasks.

There is only one physical stop and that is the final Geocache. All other stops are "virtual" and only part of the Wherigo Experience.

After you complete the program you will get an unlock code. To log this as a find you must unlock it and log it on the Wherigo website. You will also need to sign the log in the physical Geocache to count it as a find. Make sure you put the cache back exactly as you found it so that it is out of sight.

Please feel free to post any pictures from Palisades Park, especially of your adventure with The King. Pictures of other locations, especially the cache location will be deleted.

To take part in this adventure you will need a Garmin Colorado, a Garmin Oregon, or a GPS enabled Smart Phone with a Wherigo Player. You can go to the Wherigo site to download the cartrige.
Or click here: Hail to the King

Make sure to be patient while running any Wherigo cartridge.

I would appreciate any feedback you might have. If you run into any problems please contact me from my profile page.
