The Hervey Bay Pirates' Treasure Wherigo Cache

Here are some guidelines for how to play a Whereigo cartridge:

• The game cartridge can be found here
• Download the cartridge directly via this website to your computer, and copy it across into the Whereigo folder if you are using a Garmin Oregon, Colorado or Nuevi.
• Download an appropriate app for your i-device or Android phone. Then download the cartridge from the above link (Pocket PC Device option). You can do this before you head out and play the cartridge offline.
• Unfortunately, the Whereigo player is very much error prone. You should save the cartridge whenever you have spoken to anyone or entered a new zone. Particularly if you use a Garmin GPS.
• While we have tested this cartridge on the iPhone 4 and the Oregon 350 and 400c, it is possible that it may not run smoothly on your device. If you can replicate an error, please contact me and I can try to fix this error.
• Depending on satellite accuracy, your position may shift while you are standing in a zone and you may no longer be in this zone although you have not moved. Make sure you walk another metre or two into a zone when the "you have entered the zone" message pops up, to avoid this from happening.
