Geocache Description:

A short stroll in a lovely Victorian Park in Southport. Walk to cache is off tarmac path,up a fairly steep inclined defined track.

Hesketh Park is a lovely short walk around well kept gardens and tree lined paths. There is a small seasonal cafe and play area for small children. The large lake hosts a multitude of birds who are always grateful for the odd loaf of bread (or three!). Suitable for all seasons especially Winter when the Holly is vibrant and the Ivy is in abundance.

Parking is available all around the Park. Medium sized clip lock container suitable for trackables and swaps etc. A small amount of lucky shortbread recipes for the first finders.

Co-ordinates are for the actual cache site - look out for the forked Ivy covered tree to go off-path.Please be careful not to trample the Bluebells!
