A camoed frog tape container about chest height. Log and possibly a writing tool, but not sure. With careful driving it might be possible to make the find without getting out of the vehicle (you might need a pick-up though). Probably winter friendly.
This cache contains a 1991 Twins' World Series ring. It's probably worth thousands, so hurry!
