Super Bowl XXXIII was played on January 31, 1999, at Pro Player Stadium in Miami, Florida to decide the NFL Champion between the Denver Broncos and the Atlanta Falcons. Denver was the last NFL team to repeat as Super Bowl champions until the New England Patriots in 2005's Super Bowl XXXIX. At 38 years old, Denver quarterback John Elway became the oldest player ever to be named Super Bowl MVP.
