The Washington Post writes that unlike many mural works in the city, the artist:
“... didn't use aerosol painting techniques, this uses a German mineral paint that looks like liquid glass and is designed to last 100 years. The bright hues echo those in stained-glass windows at Shiloh Baptist Church across the street. Oval portraits of Langston Hughes and Carter Woodson flank scenes of the block's renovation.”
As usual with these city hides, coords are approximate; once you see the mural you'll need to rely on your geosense more than your GPS. You do not need to enter the parking lot in order to make the find. Please remember to replace just as found, and don't forget your writing utensil -- enjoy!
