Geocache Description:

I went out on a limb and hid another cache within the cradle of my neighborhood. Once you see the pole of three yellow stripes you are near.

Black electrical tape around a white tube. Small room for small items. Bring a pen. Please replace with black bottom facing out. Difficulty increased for the height challenge. Moderate muggle factor.
