ilovemy2miracles: Spoke to neighbor. Although cache is not on his personal property- city owned piece of land, he does maintain it. He would be happier if I archived it- he's concerned that nicely manicured area might get a bit messed up. Will archive it and possibly hide another at a later date somewhere in the front of this neigh-borhood. Thanks to all who came and cached ;-)
