Lion Rock Traditional Cache

Cache is hidden on the top of the first outcrop.
Lion rock is a rocky outcrop in Padarn Country Park.
It is a venue for outdoor centres introducing children to climbing and also to train future instructors.
The views from the top are outstanding on a fine day with views of the Snowdon range and down towards caernarfon.
The cache is hidden near the top of the first outcrop.
Parking can be found on the Fachwen road in a fairly large carpark.
Follow the path opposite the carpark then veering right going uphill. When you get to the rock face follow the vague path on the right hand side.
The area can be slippery with exposed edges so please use caution with mini cach
ers.
The original cache seems to have been muggled. Please use stealth when searching and replacing.
