There is no cache nor parking at the coordinates listed above, but
this location is in PA State Game Land 176 which is a popular place
for geocaching. We have visited many PA State Game Lands on our
geocaching ventures, some of which we never would have discovered
except for caching.
In order to determine the coordinates for this cache you will have
to identify the six PA State Game Lands described below. For the
purpose of this puzzle please drop any leading zeros in the
identification numbers for each game land. Always wear blaze orange
in game lands during all hunting seasons.
1. This game land borders Hickory Run State Park and is home to
portions of Shanty Run and Black Creek.
2. Not far from Painter Den, this two-county multi-part game land
is home to McKees Gap and is bisected by the Town Hill Mountain
Range.
3. Take a drive on Swamp Road in this game land that lies between
Jervis Corners and beautiful French Creek. You can add a zero after
the number for this game land just to make everything come out
even.
4. You can make lead fly at the shooting range in this game land.
Wolf Run and Slab Run flow through it.
5. You could hook a bass or a walleye at Meadow Grounds Lake in
this game land.
6. This game land lies along the scenic Clarion River near Thompson
Hill.
