Car Crash Cache Traditional Cache
CT Trampers: We noticed that there was a path starting to form near the cache site, and the vegitation around the area was starting to get trampled. We will archive this cache and place a new one in the same park. Thanks to everyone who made this such a successful cache, it was our most visited!

Located in Mt. Laurel Open Space, Fairfield, Ct. Exit 44 off Merrit Pkwy, take RT. 58 South, right at third traffic light. (Samp Mortar Dr.) Pass dam on the right, make a right at the second stop sign. (Mt. Laurel Road) Parking is on left side of the road. Take the LEFT yellow trail, (GPS may point to right trail) for approx. .25 of a mile. It is possible to acess cache via yellow trail on right, but we entered on the left yellow trail. Note: The park closes one hour after sunset.
Hidden in a clear tupperware container with a green top. Cache contains new Hotwheels cars, a bunch of mini chemical lightsticks, (road flares) some instant scratch tickets, a log book, pencils, and welcome note. Please sign the log and if you take something, please leave an item in its place. Cache is under a rock that a tree is growing on top of.
