A few years ago Rupert (or affectionately, Rupie) was a finalist in TMZ's Celebrity Constume contest. Sadly he did not win. Clearly the voting was rigged--who can resist a goat dressed as Lady Gaga?

Although this cache is within the tribal boundaries, it is located within the right-of-way which is part of the village of Hobart. Also permission was granted by the private land owner who owns the parcels on each side of the road.
