Great park for the family - cool playground, nice pond with native plantings, and even a little zoo which hopefully the Park District will restore soon. Paved paths throughout. Parking on the streets around the park including Estes. Be careful around cz at night, could prove difficult to find with snow on the ground.
I grew up in the neighborhood of West Rogers Park and many happy hours of my childhood were spent rollerblading around my "hood". My blading adventures included going around and through three local parks. They are fine parks and I remember them fondly so I decided to do a series of caches in them. Hope you enjoy finding this one, and perhaps the others too! Happy caching!
