Power View #4 Traditional Cache

Power lines are ugly, but they can also clear the way for beautiful vistas! Let's take advantage.
This cache is located on an undeveloped Randolph Township owned property. The spot where the power lines crest this hill offers modest views (not as good as some of my other Power View Caches..), but the rock formation where the cache is hidden is worth seeing.
There are a couple places you could gain access from. Hiking up the power lines from Millbrook Avenue is NOT recommended.
Some bushwacking and minor rock climbing are required to reach the cache. (no special equipment needed)
