Geocache Description:

This bison tube cache is located on Vly mountain. It is the 32nd highest mountain in the Catskills and is categorized as "trail-less". Actually there is is a partially marked trail that is often blazed in blue and sometimes yellow as it follows the boundry between state and private land. It can be tricky to follow at times. Maps from NYNJ show some old logging roads but not the trail. I found this information helpful for my hike. (visit link)
