A nice copse with a river view, near abandoned warehouses. Practically a park and grab. The tree is a species vexed by a blight that is really a leaf miner. Much valued for posts and poles, said to last 50 years longer than stone.
This is an area that once contained a thriving mixture of light industry. There were feed mills, manufacturers, almost all businesses were connected by rail lines, and business happened. Now, it is an abandoned area, and only one business, a gas company, has rail connections. Abandoned.. You will want to come in the day time, and be aware of surroundings - lots of "tags" on every vertical surface. The young tree to identify holds the cache container. Send tree ID to me for credit towards a BS in Dendrocacheology. Beware of thorns! This tree has thorns when young, and on new branches.
