From the cache location you can look ahead and see the "Gateway Arch" that welcomes you to New Mexico. You will also notice the sign showing you have entered the Energyplex of Lea County.

This cache is placed in celebration of 100 years of New Mexico's statehood - January 6, 2012.

Be careful of the traffic in this area, it can be heavy at times.
