We thought it would be a good idea to organise a gathering of local cachers for a BBQ to meet and greet some of our fellow cachers.

This event is open to everyone and we encourage all new geocachers to attend. We are planning on getting to the park at 10:30am and will have the BBQ at around 12pm. Feel free to come at any time before the BBQ

Please bring your own meat and food, your own chairs and any other treats you would like to share around Snacks, treats, salads and other food of the like would be welcome.

Why not make your own name-tag so everyone else knows your GC name and of course our real name We will have a spot to swap some TB's and GeoCoins so feel free to "Drop Off" the item in the event before the 7th.

Although there is a shelter at GZ, could everyone that has one, please bring a chair just so no one will miss out.

This park is fairly new and has everything you need to entertain the family for the day. There is a great cafe nearby, and an AWESOME waterpark and large play area for the kids There are also plenty of tracks around the area, with a lot of caches nearby, so bring only the bikes

This park caters for all ages and has a lot to offer. Dogs are allowed in the area, however must be kept on a leash at all times, no exceptions.

There is ample parking, however PLEASE use the parking points provided, as they will fine you for parking on kerbs and on the grassy areas.
