On top of a small hill in between Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai.
Kai Shan is a small hill, about 120m tall, in between Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai. It commands sweeping views of both the New Towns, the Industrial Estate and the gei wai and fish ponds in Deep Bay.
The cache can be reached in about 45 minutes from either Tin Shui Wai or Long Ping stations (MTR West Rail). Tracks can be found on OSM. There are many tracks on these hills, along with many graves. As a result there are many hill fires in the area that keep the vegetation low (grave sweepers appear to like to keep the surrounding areas clear of vegetation, so they burn it off on a regular basis).
The cache contains log book and some small trade items, and has space for small travel bugs and geocoins.
